Prices are exclusive of VAT and € 19.82 service costs per month for the shared facilities (lighting, speed gate, cleaning, etc.).
Good to know: paid street parking has been announced for all of Nesselande from 1 January 2027. This is not yet reflected in our prices; we will factor it in from 1 January 2027.
